Fry Potato ♦ 香煎马铃薯

这是一道德国名菜哦!名菜不一定要很难弄,像这道就真的是简单到我姐姐都可能会煮!!(我姐姐煮菜很烂:P)
This is a famous german dish! Famous dish doesn't mean that it must be very hard to be prepared. This dish is really easy, even my sister can cook it!! (my sister can't cook well :P)

全部材料: All ingredients:
洋葱 Onions
马铃薯 Potatos
盐巴或酱油 Salt or soya sauce
辣椒粉 Chili powder
葱花 Onion leaf

步骤大纲:煎马铃薯(1),炒一炒料(2),马铃薯回锅(3),上菜加点缀(4)。。。
Overall steps: fry potatos(1), cook other thing(2), mix the potatos(3), put to the plate and do some decoration(4)!~~





需要的材料一眼看完,一只手也数得完。。。我再重复一次:洋葱,马铃薯,还有辣椒粉和葱花(可有可无),还有一些盐巴或酱油。。。
the things you need can just count with one hand, really simply...i repeat once again: onion, potatos, chili powder and onion leaf(nevermind if you don't have), and some salt or soya sauce...

1)少少油把马铃薯煎到金黄色像这样。。。考功夫的就在这里啦!一、要有耐心,因为要煎蛮久的。二、要尽量把马铃薯弄开,因为马铃薯会贴在一起(但是如果你只是随便吃的话这个也不怎么重要,煎不均匀“吃进肚子也不都是一样!”《quote from 陈亚霞女士,我妈啦!:P》
fry the potatos until golden colour with just a bit of oil...this is the hardest part! 1st, you have to be patient, because it takes time. 2nd, you need to seperate the potatos evenly because they will stick together (but if you are not fussy, then it's alright, like what my mum said: "Everything get the same when they get into your tummy!" :P

2)然后马铃薯放在一边,一点油把洋葱爆香,洒辣椒粉,盐巴或酱油。
put the potatos aside, use a bit oil to fry the onion, put some chili powder, salt or soya sauce.

3)马铃薯回锅捞一捞,可以了。。。
put the potatos in and mix them together, done...


4)放在碟上,洒一些葱花点缀一下颜色,别无他意。。。
put on a plate, spread some onion leaf as decoration, nothing special...

有没有这么简单哦?就是这么简单。普普名言:“名菜不一定难做,简单也不一定不好吃”。。。
